BARTENDER / FIRST MATE

Our bartenders / first mates are team players who genuinely enjoy being on the water and interacting with our guests to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

•       • Check I.D.s
•       • Keep the bar clean and clean the boat after cruises
•       • Take drink orders
•       • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, ice, cups, etc.
•       • Accommodate guests' needs and requests with a positive and friendly attitude
•       • Properly store all beverages, bottles and other equipment items at the end of the shift
•       • Handling money and credit cards
•       • Provide outstanding hospitality and service to our guests in an upbeat and FUN manner!
•       • Support and assist the captain
•       • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•       • Must be at least 18 years of age
•       • We will train the right person!
•       • Must be reliable, professional and personable

BOAT CAPTAIN

Tipsy Tikis is looking for certified boat captains with the ability to interact well with passengers and crew.

Responsibilities:

•       • Take full responsibility for the security of the boat and passengers
•       • Assist passengers in getting on and off the boat
•       • Check in passengers
•       • In charge of release of liability forms
•       • Give a brief presentation on safety equipment and emergency protocols at the start of each cruise
•       • Provide outstanding hospitality and the best customer service possible
•       • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•       • Must be licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard (minimum 6-pack license - OUPV)
•       • Experience navigating the local waterways is a plus
•       • Must be reliable, professional and personable
